Refund Policy – Cambrinex Nursing Coaching

At Cambrinex Nursing Coaching, we are committed to delivering high-quality nursing education through both online and offline platforms. Your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of digital and educational services, we follow a strict but fair refund policy as outlined below:

  • 1. No Refund After Access:
    Once you have accessed any part of the paid course (including recorded videos, PDF notes, test series, or live classes), the fee becomes non-refundable, as the educational content is instantly delivered.
  • 2. No Refund for Absence or Dropouts:
    If a student chooses to discontinue the course, fails to attend classes, or drops out midway, no refund will be issued.
  • Refund Before Course Access (if applicable):
    If you mistakenly enrolled or made payment but have not accessed any course material or classes, you may be eligible for a refund within 48 hours of payment. Refund requests must be submitted via email to cambrinex@gmail.com with your payment details.

  • You have already attended any live class or downloaded any study material
  • You registered under a discounted/offer plan, free plan, or trial
  • You enrolled through a third-party promotional code or affiliate
    • Offline batch registrations after seat confirmation and orientation
